Meet your local expert Driver/Guide with complimentary return transfers commencing at 10:15am for a 11:00am start at the first venue from Cessnock, Belford, Lovedale, North Rothbury, Nulkaba, Pokolbin, and Rothbury. Also available from Bellbird, Branxton, Broke, Greta and Mount View (additional surcharge of $15pp for extra travel).

- Wine Tasting with Platters Visit one of the oldest wine makers in the region for a fun and informative “Mystery Wine Tasting”. With a dedicated wine expert and tasting notes on hand, you will be guided through tasting a range of wines, along with a delicious cheese and charcuterie platter served to the table to enjoy throughout the experience. Can you complete the mystery and guess each one correctly?
- Pies and Wine Pairing Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed with a tasting sensation of four mini gourmet pies each expertly paired with its own wine, designed to enhance and complement every sip and bite.
- Dumplings and Wine Pairing Discover how texture, spice, and acidity interact as you taste your way through five delicious dumplings that have each been uniquely crafted to complement the flavour profile of each paired wine.
- Behind the scenes winery tour, barrel tasting and chocolate and wine Pairing Step behind the scenes in a working winery and meet the makers behind the label for an insight into the wine making process from Vine to Glass, followed with a tasting directly from one of the wine barrels.
- From there we finish on an indulgent sweet note where you will be guided through a tasting of six artisan chocolates that have each been expertly paired with a range of wines made onsite.
