Itinerary Overview11:00 AM – Private Winemaker’s Tasting
Your experience begins at the historic Mr. Mick Winery, where you’ll step into
the heart of the winemaking process with a private tasting in the winemakers’
lab. Sample six carefully selected wines — three from Mr. Mick and three from
Tim Adams Wines — while hearing stories behind the vintages and the vineyards.
12:00 PM – Gourmet Long Lunch in the Barrel Room
Move through to the atmospheric barrel room for a three-course seasonal
lunch, hosted among the winery’s working barrels. Dishes are crafted using
premium regional produce and are perfectly matched with a selection of wines
from the Mr. Mick and Tim Adams portfolio. Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary
requirements are happily catered for with advance notice.
1:30 PM – Ladera Vineyard Experience
After lunch, travel to Tim Adams’ exclusive Ladera Vineyard, nestled in the
picturesque Clare Valley hills. This vineyard is not open to the public,
offering you a rare opportunity to stand among the vines, taste the wines grown
here, and gain insight into the unique terroir of the region.
2:30 PM – Tim Adams Cellar Door Visit
Return to Tim Adams Cellar Door for time to relax, explore, and purchase your
favourite wines — including cellar-exclusive and limited releases.
